Our Client is redefining what digital experience looks like and we're looking for a senior product leader to own and evolve the end-to-end digital experience for this retail environment.

The Opportunity
You will own the Digital Experience strategy and roadmap, driving innovation across customer-facing digital touchpoints while delivering measurable commercial outcomes.
This role sits at the intersection of customer experience, retail operations and technology, requiring both strategic vision and operational pragmatism.
What You'll Be Responsible For
* Defining and executing the Digital Experience strategy
* Owning and optimising the POS and Digital In store experience
* Leading transformation initiatives that unlock revenue growth, margin protection and operational efficiency
* Building and managing a scalable product roadmap informed by customer insights, data and emerging technology
* Leading and coaching Product Managers and cross-functional squads
* Partnering closely with Customer Experience, Operations, Technology and Commercial teams to deliver solutions that work in live retail environments
* Driving strong governance, compliance and risk management practices across your portfolio
You will be accountable for both customer outcomes and commercial performance across your product portfolio.
What We're Looking For
* 8+ years' experience in product management or digital transformation within large-scale retail or enterprise environments
* Strategy Consulting background and toolkit
* Strong track record delivering commercially impactful digital initiatives
* Deep understanding of retail operating models and frontline store environments
* Ability to balance customer experience, operational realities and financial performance
* Strategic mindset with hands-on delivery capability
