The Opportunity We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to be responsible for the end-to-end management and execution of omni-channel marketing campaigns focused on connected customer engagement and growth. This role is critical in ensuring the flawless delivery of campaigns that translate strategic objectives into impactful customer experiences. You will play a vital hands-on role in utilising our digital martech capabilities to build, test, and deploy targeted campaigns, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness across the customer lifecycle. A key focus of this role is the precise execution of campaigns designed to drive profitable customer growth, directly supporting the expansion and retention of strategic initiatives like our eCommerce, App, Digital tools, Scan & Go and our Delivery Unlimited subscription business. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who thrives on precise execution, possesses a strong understanding of targeted digital campaign mechanics, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences through meticulous attention to detail. What you'll do * Execute own channel marketing campaigns across relevant digital touchpoints (e.g., eDM, Onsite & App), ensuring accuracy and timely deployment. * Manage the technical setup, audience segmentation, creative development, and scheduling of campaigns within marketing technology platforms (CRM, marketing automation, CDP). * Conduct rigorous quality assurance checks on all campaign assets, audiences, links, tracking, and deployment settings to ensure flawless execution and optimal customer experience. * Assist in monitoring campaign performance, distilling insights, and preparing reports to support analysis of results and identification of optimisation opportunities. * Support the utilisation of our extensive digital martech, automation, and data science capabilities to personalise customer experiences and automate campaign delivery. * Ensure all campaign execution adheres to established best practices, brand guidelines, and compliance standards What you'll bring * You possess exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of data driven digital campaign execution. * Several years proven experience in digital marketing campaign execution, preferably within e-commerce, retail, banking, or telco environments. * End-to-end campaign management experience including data & creative briefing, creative evaluation, production and measurement. * Ability to communicate clearly to a broad and diverse stakeholder network that sits across a wide range of experience levels. * Ability to work with campaign data, perform basic analysis, and ensure data accuracy for segmentation and reporting. Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Adobe & Google Analytics is a plus.
