You will spend your day:
* Managing a mixed product claims portfolio (IP & TPD) from lodgment through to finalisation.
* Determining eligibility, liability and managing the claim process to achieve people focused solutions
* Project work and coaching new starters
They will love your background in:
* Life claims assessment experience (Retail and/or Group) with delegated authority ideally for claims acceptance and ongoing payments.
* Experience determining eligibility and sound decision-making skills
* Qualification in legal or allied health will be highly regarded
