Maintenance Officer Role
This dynamic maintenance position will focus on delivering a range of reactive and proactive tasks around the village.
* General maintenance and handyman tasks are required to upkeep the village's facilities.
* Identifying, managing and resolving defects in the village is an essential part of this role.
* The successful candidate will maintain all garden areas, ensuring they are well kept and visually appealing.
* Sometimes the Maintenance Officer will supervise and coordinate external contractors in servicing the village.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have good time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You should also be able to lift heavy objects and climb ladders safely.
A relevant qualification or experience in a similar role would be beneficial but not essential. A full driving license is desirable but not necessary. We encourage applications from people who can demonstrate transferable skills that match the job requirements.
