With significant backing, they are proud of their ability to successfully deliver new products to the market which have enhanced energy storage, energy systems and the generation of renewable power.
Additionally they have an internal focus on being carbon neutral and have pushed this through on to their partners as well.
The Role They are now looking a legal counsel / senior legal counsel to head up their Australian business whilst working closely with the overseas legal team and external legal partners.
This is their first hire in Australia and as more projects land, a team will be built around you.
Key activities will include: Leading the drafting and negotiation of construction, supply, and services agreements Advising on project development agreements Providing regulatory compliance advice Managing corporate and commercial legal matters as they arise Proactively managing risk Managing relationships with external legal firms The Candidate The successful candidate will have ideally around 5-9 years PQE and currently working in the energy sector either within private practice or in-house.
