Strata Compliance Position
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to assist in the smooth operation of our strata plans.
Key Responsibilities:
* Insurance valuation coordination for strata plans
* Fire, lift, pool compliance management
* Quote procurement and committee approval follow-up for fire order services
* Liaison with councils, contractors, committees, and residents' legal administrators
* Notice issuance and solicitor liaison
Essential Qualifications:
* Strong administrative background or insurance/property experience
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Passion for work and task prioritization
Work Arrangements:
* Monday to Friday schedule
