Job Title:
Service Delivery Leader
* Manage and direct a team of technicians to ensure client satisfaction through effective service delivery.
* Develop and implement strategies for maintaining high levels of teamwork and collaboration.
* Collaborate with Operations to optimize scheduling and solutions delivery processes.
* Ensure efficient resource utilization for service delivery.
* Oversee maintenance activities, including completion of maintenance records to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
* Monitor and report on Technical Services operating costs.
* Evaluate vendor quality to guarantee manufactured products meet technical specifications.
* Promote a proactive approach to Health, Safety, Environment, Quality (HSEQ), reporting, compliance, and process improvement.
* Guarantee adherence to company policies and procedures.
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement changes as necessary.
