Duty Store Manager – Fountain Gate
ALDI Stores Australia – join a team that has been voted Employer of Choice for seven consecutive years. We are looking for a motivated Duty Manager to run our store during evenings and weekends.
About the Role
As a Duty Store Manager you will lead from the front, driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service and supervising staff.
Key Responsibilities
* Open and close the store, supervise shifts, and manage shift handovers.
* Provide clear, constructive feedback to team members.
* Assist in training, onboarding, and development of staff.
* Deliver outstanding customer service at the registers and throughout the store.
* Keep shelves stocked and the environment safe, spotting incidents or hazards.
* Maintain store standards, sales targets and operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
* Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a retail environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork.
* Ability to manage workload effectively, especially during peak periods.
* Professionalism, fairness and a sense of responsibility in all interactions.
* Shows initiative to improve work quality and efficiency.
