Executive Services Officer Role

This role involves leading activities in the Office of the Executive Director, HR Service, and requires:
* Providing high-quality executive support to senior leaders
* Coordinating diary appointments and managing correspondence
* Organising liaison with government and private sector executives
* Acting as first point of contact for the Office of the Executive Director
* Maintaining records management systems and administering corporate assets
* Completing tasks using local administration tools and software
* Providing administrative support and oversight of office resources
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide confidential support to the Executive Director
2. Coordinate meetings and events, including travel arrangements
3. Manage and maintain accurate records and files
4. Ensure effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders
