**About the Role**
The Deputy Manager, Research Support, leads a team of professionals in the Research Support Office to deliver high-quality research support services in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Research support includes those services provided by skilled staff to a researcher or teams of researchers/academics actively pursuing research income in the form of a grant, fellowship, partnership or associated collaborations. Services can include pre and post award functions such as information gathering, workshops, funding alerts, planning and strategic advice, eligibility and guidelines interpretation, compliance advice, editorial, peer review support, costing, learning opportunities, metrics development, contract establishment and contract variations, and submission of external funding reports.
