We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee the day-to day functions of the Tanunda and Nuriootpa Op-Shops. This is a strategic and hands-on position managing the next stage of growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing teams, improving performance, compliance and ensuring profitability.
Must be able to work across the Monday to Saturday opening hours approximately 76 hours per fortnight.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute business strategies to achieve company goals
· Oversee daily operations across sites
· Manage budgets, financial performance, and cost control
· Lead, motivate, and develop supervisors
· Monitor KPIs and improve operational efficiency
· Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
· Build and maintain strong customer and volunteer relationships
Requirements
· Degree in Human Services, Business Administration or similar
· Demonstrated experience relevant to volunteer management, community development, and/or human services.
· High level financial acumen
· Advanced skills working with Microsoft Office Suite systems and processes.
· Knowledge and understanding of the Retail Award MA is advantageous
