We are seeking a clinical professional to join our team in a key role supporting medical technologies. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in patient outcomes and work collaboratively with a talented group of individuals.
This position requires strong clinical knowledge and experience in supporting hospital staff across the region. You will be responsible for delivering expert clinical and technical support, providing in-service education and hands-on training, and working closely with Territory Managers to drive adoption and account growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Clinical Support: Provide expert clinical and technical support in the use of medical devices during live procedures.
* Education and Training: Offer in-service education, hands-on training, and continuous support for hospital staff across your region.
* Territory Management: Collaborate with Territory Managers to contribute your clinical insight to drive adoption and support account growth.
* Relationship Building: Foster relationships with key clinical stakeholders and participate in on-call rosters to provide after-hours/weekend procedural support as needed.
Requirements
* Clinical Background: A background in nursing, allied health, ICU, cath lab, or interventional radiology is highly regarded.
* Experience: Experience in clinical support or a hospital/procedural setting; medical device or healthcare experience is advantageous.
* Commercial Acumen: A commercial mindset – you understand how to align clinical value with business goals and enjoy working in partnership with sales teams.
* Communication Skills: Confident communicator and educator, able to influence and guide clinical teams in high-stakes environments.
* Flexibility: Calm under pressure, solution-focused, and able to work independently in the field.
* Travel: Willingness to travel and provide on-call support outside of standard hours.
