Job Title: Family Support Worker
This is a challenging and rewarding role that involves working with families to provide support and guidance in a variety of settings. As a Family Support Worker, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop personalized plans to meet those needs.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing case management services to families, including assessing needs, developing plans, and coordinating services.
* Working with families to identify and address areas of concern, such as child safety, education, and employment.
* Developing and implementing strategies to promote family resilience and well-being.
* Collaborating with community agencies and services to ensure access to resources and support.
* Maintaining accurate records and reports of client interactions and progress.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A valid driver's license and Working With Children Check are also required for this role.

* Valid driver's license.
* Working With Children Check.
* National Police Certificate.
