Our rail operations team is seeking a trainee shunter to join their busy yard. This role will suit someone who is keen to commence working in the rail industry with good concentration skills and situational awareness.
* Coordinate movements of trains within a complex and busy yard
* Examine and certify trains as ready for departure

Required Skills and Qualifications

Key qualifications include:
* Excellent communication skills
* Able to work a rotating shift roster including early starts, nights, weekends & public holidays
* Superior teamwork skills
* Current unrestricted Class C drivers' licence
* Ability to meet CAT 1 Rail Medical Assessment and other pre-offer checks
