Our Perth Branch is growing, and we are seeking an experienced Service Supervisor to join our North Metro Service Team.
This hands-on leadership role supports our field technicians and clients, ensuring every job is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the high standards that define MPS.
You will be supported by a dedicated Service Coordinator, Area Service Manager, and Branch Manager, giving you a strong framework of operational and leadership backing.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to service technicians.
Ensure all works meet MPS quality, safety, and compliance standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Support continuous improvement across service delivery and reporting.
About You
Proven trade background in HVAC service and maintenance.
Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
Commitment to safety, teamwork, and client satisfaction.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
