We are now looking for the right person to step in and help take it to the next level. This is an amazing opportunity to work alongside a senior coach and owner to hone your skills and level up into a Gym Manager role.
About the Role
Once trained up, you'll lead from the front — owning the gym floor, driving culture, working alongside experienced coaches, and playing a key role in the overall performance and growth of the business.
This is a hands‐on leadership role suited to someone who wants more than just running sessions — someone who wants to build, grow and eventually have skin in the game.
What You'll Be Doing
* Lead high-energy group training sessions
* Drive membership sales, local business engagement and community growth
* Oversee day‐to‐day operations, sales and member experience
* Build a strong, inclusive and high‐performing gym culture
* Support marketing initiatives, events and retention strategies

Who You Are
* Cert III & IV in Fitness (required)
* Experience as a coach, trainer or gym manager
* Natural leader who thrives in a fast‐paced, high‐energy environment
* Strong communicator who can build relationships with members and staff
* Commercially minded — you understand that gyms are businesses
* Driven, accountable and ready to take ownership
