Job Description:
The Product/Onboarding Specialist is a pivotal role in the evolution of our Regulatory Compliance solution line technical expertise. This central figure will develop pre-sales expertise and capability within RC, leading the technical positioning of LexisNexis solutions.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Providing pre-sales support to the ANZ BDM team through in-depth customer needs analysis and product demonstrations.
* Interacting with customers to represent requirements and understand key customer needs and market basics.
* Reviewing and utilizing data from predefined dashboards to make decision recommendations.
* Liasing with internal business partners, e.g., sales teams to gather and assess product needs in the marketplace.
* Providing solution and domain expertise to sales campaigns, including assisting in the technical validation phase of the sales cycle.
* Delivering online and face-to-face demonstrations of RC technology solutions, to assist Business Development Managers and Relationship Managers in closing opportunities.
* Actively monitoring the portfolio of the top twenty RC sales opportunities for the region.
* Maintaining knowledge of industry trends associated with Regulatory Compliance portfolio.
* Providing gap analysis for clients to assist their understanding of how our product is relevant.
* Content creation with Channel Partners which includes demonstration videos, webinars and podcasts.
* Attending fortnightly sales meetings and representing the solution line.
This role requires an individual with strong analytical skills, the ability to communicate complex ideas simply, and a proven track record of driving sales growth through effective solution development.
