We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Gas Turbine Field Service Technician to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional on‐site services to our diverse client base.
Responsibilities
Field‐based:
* Conduct on‐site installation, inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs of gas turbines, compressors, generators and associated equipment.
* Perform routine and emergency maintenance tasks to ensure reliable and efficient operation of critical machinery.
* Follow established safety protocols and industry regulations to maintain a safe working environment at all times.
* Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical and control system issues in gas turbines, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
* Support the commissioning and decommissioning of gas turbines at client sites, ensuring alignment with client specifications and regulatory standards.
* Collaborate with engineers and clients to deliver technical solutions and recommendations for equipment improvement and efficiency.
* Keep accurate records of field service activities, including reports on inspections, repairs and parts used.
Office‐based:
* Assist with planning and coordination of field service activities, ensuring timely completion of service tasks.
* Provide technical support and recommendations to the engineering team for troubleshooting and improving turbine performance.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance procedures and operational efficiency.

What we are looking for
* A technical background, ideally with a Certificate or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering and Robotics (or equivalent).
* Proven experience in gas turbine maintenance and service, with hands‐on expertise in troubleshooting and repairs.
* Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, with a solid understanding of control systems in industrial equipment.
* Ability to work independently and manage site activities, ensuring high standards of safety and efficiency.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients and team members.
* Willingness to work in fly‐in, fly‐out (FIFO) conditions at client sites, including onshore and offshore locations.
