Estate Manager / Senior Sales Consultant – Premium Coastal Development (Bundaberg)
Location: Coral Cove, Bundaberg QLD
Salary: $70,000 base plus commission (approximately $1,000 per sale or retainer with higher commission)

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Estate Manager or Senior Sales Consultant to join a premium master-planned coastal development in Bundaberg.If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are driven to achieve results, this is a great opportunity to work within an established and growing development.
Client Overview:
A trusted name in property for over 30 years, this company specialises in end-to-end development services—from site acquisition to sales and marketing. Known for its data-driven approach and market insight, it consistently delivers strong results and long-term value for clients and partners.
About the Project
The development has already seen strong success, with over 80 residential lots sold and nearing completion. The next release includes 90 new lots, with construction planned to commence in July or August 2025. Wholesale launch is scheduled for late June or July, with the retail launch following in August 2025.
This master-planned community will include a village-style town centre, a variety of traditional block sizes, and townhouse options.
Role Responsibilities
* Drive land sales to both retail buyers and wholesale builder networks
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and industry partners
* Achieve monthly sales targets of six to eight lots
* Guide buyers through the sales process from inquiry to settlement
* Maintain detailed knowledge of the project and its future stages
* Work collaboratively with the development and marketing teams
Key Requirements
* Proven sales experience, ideally in property, automotive, or building-related industries
* Ability to deliver consistent volume sales and meet monthly targets
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated, organised, and professional
* Willingness to work weekends and public holidays as required
* Real estate registration or willingness to obtain (support provided)
