Position Overview:
We are seeking skilled and charismatic FOH staff to join our team.
Currently we have roles for bartenders and floor staff - casual hours up to full time.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing your own section, engaging with customers, and ensuring that each guest enjoys a memorable experience.
Responsibilities:
* Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and answering questions about our offerings.
* Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our food and drink menu, including ingredients, flavour profiles, and preparation methods.
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
* Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Uphold our commitment to responsible alcohol service by monitoring guest consumption and intervening as necessary.
Qualifications:
* Knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and wine highly desirable
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Current RSA
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in customer service.
* Must be eligible to work in Australia.
