Bib & Tucker is looking for a Senior Sous Chef to join our team and be part of something special on the beach. Bib & Tucker is an established venue with proven success utilising the best seafood and produce available in Western Australia. Using wood as our main cooking method, our menus are unique and original and change seasonally with structure and organisation in mind.
We are looking for a chef that can assists our head chef to run a tight knit operation. This is a rare opportunity to step into a busy, professional venue with strong systems in place, a team who cares about what they do.
About you:
· Proven experience as a Sous in a busy casual dining environment.
· Strong leadership and communication skills.
· Passionate & creative in producing fresh, simple, & modern dishes.
· Organised, reliable, and committed to quality.
· Ready to contribute to a positive, team-focused culture.

Our kitchen runs on good people and a team effort, a love for food and produce is a must, and a team player attitude that understands the values of a busy but organised kitchen.
A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a qualified chef in a busy or quality establishment and is desired, and a keen interest to learn from proven success.
