CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking an experienced Contract Administrator for our client working on an Airfield Electrical project based in Perth Airport, WA.
This role will support the delivery of a major airside infrastructure project at Perth Airport, with a key focus on Aeronautical Ground Lighting (AGL), electrical works, control systems, and commissioning, along with some civil components.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain systems for contract administration and general administration duties
* Develop and maintain systems to manage business unit financial and non-financial data
* Ensure compliance with Trade Practices requirements in relation to client's business practices
* Operate within set financial guidelines
* Reconcile and prepare invoices for submission to clients
* Assist with tender development and pricing in accordance with company guidelines
* Support the development of team members where required
* Oversee stock management
* Manage revenue and cost control processesPrepare end-of-month reporting
Our Ideal Candidate
* 2-3+ years' experience in a Contract Administrator role within the construction industry
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* High level of attention to detail
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* Able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team
