Customer Experience Specialist
About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through personalized service, product knowledge, and technical expertise.
You will be responsible for meeting each customer's banking needs across transaction activities, needs-based conversations, and educating them on digital solutions.

* Provide customers with seamless branch experiences by meeting their end-to-end banking needs

* Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Requirements:
* Exceptional customer focus - retail experience is an advantage
* Experience in using technology and digital channels
* Ability to multitask and adapt to change
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
