The Position
In the role of a Property Manager your responsibilities will include:
* Take ownership of the daily management of a quality property portfolio
* Lead tenant selection and manage smooth lease renewals
* Stay on top of rent arrears, reviews, and professional communication
* Coordinate maintenance and routine inspections with ease
* Thrive in a vibrant, high-demand rental market
The Person
The ideal candidate for the role of Property Manager will have/be:
* At least 2 years' experience in a Property Manager role leasing residential apartments.
* You must hold a Class 2 Real Estate Agent's Licence
* A passion for real estate and property management
* Strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate and influence
* A proactive work attitude and a strong customer service focus
