What You'll Bring
To thrive in this role, you will need:

* Bachelor Degree in Economics, Business, Commerce, Marketing or related field.
* Demonstrated experience in developing strategies, projects or business plans with the ability to focus on achieving agreed outcomes.
* Demonstrated drive and commitment to identify and facilitate investment and business or workforce development opportunities.
* Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering programs that attract external investment and deliver effective collaboration.
* Experience in leading teams and inspiring staff to deliver an effective and responsive service in a busy or complex environment.
* Exceptional communication skills and demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive, cooperative and productive relationships with staff and stakeholders.
* Strong experience in maintenance and application of economic or financial data and analysis of related reports.

We Would Also Love You To Have

* Experience in developing strategic plans and delivering services within a government agency environment.
