Purpose with Impact – every day, your work helps people build better livesSupportive Culture – no egos, just real people who careGrowth & Learning – skill development, mentoring, professional developmentBalance Built-In – flexible hours (negotiable)Salary Packaging Perks – boost take-home pay with NFP benefitsAbout the JobAs an Inclusive Employment Australia Employment Consultant, your responsibilities include:Provide comprehensive case management to participants to help them manage employment-related barriers and equip them with tools to enter the workforceAssist participants to secure sustainable employment and engage employers through referrals, reverse marketing, and on-the-job supportProvide ongoing support to participants and employers to maximise outcomes, obtain documented evidence, and facilitate workplace adjustments throughout employmentAchieve or exceed KPIs and apply an outcome-focused, high-performance approachMaintain administration, compliance, and time management aligned with Department requirementsEngage with internal and external partners to connect participants with wrap-around services (training providers, allied health services, etc.)About YouRelevant qualifications in Employment Services, Community Services, or related areas are desirableExperience in employment services, barrier management, reverse marketing, and post-placement support is highly regardedStrong communication with diverse stakeholdersTeam player with commitment to a positive cultureAbility to solve problems, overcome objections, and support people living with a disabilityPerformance-focused mindset with experience achieving targets/KPIsDriver's license required as travel throughout the region is neededApplicationTo apply, complete the online application including a cover letter addressing the requirements.
