We are currently seeking a Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our SPOTS WA family and help deliver meaningful, community-based therapy support.
About the Role:
As a mobile Paediatric Therapist at SPOTS WA, you will provide tailored support to children aged 6 to 16 years, focusing on Autism, ADHD, and Specific Learning Disabilities.
You will work from home and in the community, delivering high-quality services that promote children's development and well-being. By joining our team, you'll contribute to the growth and progress of our clients, leaving a lasting positive impact on their lives.
We provide all the resources you need to succeed, including a laptop and phone.
Both full-time and part-time roles considered
Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality, discipline-specific therapy to children and families.
* Develop and implement individualised therapy plans.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care.
* Maintain accurate documentation of progress and records.
* Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills.
What You'll Need:
* AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
* Valid WA Driver's Licence for community visits.
* Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
Skills and Experience:
* Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with clients, families, and colleagues.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
* Previous experience in a similar role is highly regarded.
