The successful candidate will have customer service experience, either face-to-face or online, and a proven ability to work collaboratively in a team and autonomously.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Answering phone, face-to-face, and electronic requests for assistance.
2. Diagnosing problems and providing support across various systems including learning and teaching software, enterprise system software, facilities/building maintenance, and safety incidents.
3. Working with a structured training plan and daily guidance from a team of technology professionals.

Requirements:
* Customer service experience, either face-to-face or online (contact centre experience highly regarded).
* Proficiency in the operation of computer applications and the ability to learn new systems efficiently and effectively.
