The Opportunity We are working with a leading technology innovator seeking a Senior Hardware Engineer to join their growing R&D team. What You'll Be Doing You'll take ownership of hardware development across the full design lifecycle—from requirements capture to prototyping, testing, validation, and release. You'll apply your deep analogue/digital skills to real-world problems, contribute to system architecture, and design for performance, EMC, reliability, and compliance. Responsibilities include: Designing and debugging PCBs Running simulations and statistical analysis Writing test plans and performing design validation Collaborating cross-functionally with firmware, production, and compliance teams Essential Skills 6 years of hardware development experience Proven end-to-end involvement in the full design cycle Strong analogue and digital design expertise Hands-on lab skills—testing, debugging, prototyping Experience writing and executing test plans PCB layout and design proficiency Background in designing with Programmable Logic (FPGAs / CPLDs) Nice to Have Experience developing products for mass production Coding skills (e.g., C/C++/Python) Experience with type testing and certification Familiarity with three-phase power systems Why Apply?
