About the Job
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an NDIS Support Coordinator. In this role, you will work closely with NDIS participants to assess their individual needs and identify necessary services and supports to reach their goals. Your expertise will enable participants to maximize their NDIS plans and overcome barriers through implemented action plans.
Key Responsibilities
* Building strong relationships with participants and external service providers
* Diligent communication to negotiate service agreements and ensure maximum value from NDIS budgets
* Maintaining accurate records and working within established targets and deadlines
* Fostering a holistic approach to capacity building and addressing participant barriers
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will possess:
* Previous experience working with the NDIS and a thorough understanding of NDIS Plans/Budgets
* Excellent billing and case management skills
* High level administration experience, compliance capabilities, and IT proficiency, particularly with Excel
