The name "KAVIRA" is derived from the Sanskrit word for "someone with deep knowledge and insight," which reflects our commitment to providing knowledgeable, insightful, and comprehensive IT and cyber-security solutions to tech companies, professional services and Not-for-profits.

We're a

with a heavy focus on Microsoft 365 and some GSuite/AWS/MacOS thrown in to keep you guessing. Our tech stack looks something like:

OK - What's the job?
We're seeking an individual to join our (currently) small tech team, with a focus on ticketing and low-touch project deliverables. You'll be the front-line contact for incoming tickets, calls and onsites, though you'll have the opportunity to work on larger projects as well.
Ideally you are:
· Self-motivated with a passion for Tech
· Knowledgeable within the Microsoft and Google Workspace ecosystem (and beyond)
· Process oriented and punctual.
· Experienced in the MSP world.
· Passionate about helping people and customer service.
