You'll lead a dedicated team and work closely with drivers, 3PL providers, and internal stakeholders to deliver excellence every shift. Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and inspire your team to perform at their best Oversee loading and delivery operations to meet service and budget targets Ensure compliance with safety, food quality, and environmental standards Manage driver rosters and truck schedules for optimal efficiency Resolve delivery issues and support customer satisfaction Coordinate with 3PL providers and manage linehaul scheduling What you'll bring 2 years' experience in a similar transport/logistics role (FMCG preferred) Strong leadership and team management skills Solid understanding of Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and GMP principles Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities About us At Tip Top Bakeries, we create everyday moments of goodness—from the bread on your table to the team you work with.
