Senior Quantity Surveyor Job
The appointed candidate will be responsible for multiple projects and manage a range of commercial tasks.
* Accurate records maintenance, cost control and reconciliation, reporting variances against agreed performance and finance targets.
* Change management control and final account management.
* Responsible for subcontract procurement and managing their accounts.
Requirements:
A Senior Quantity Surveyor with the following skills is required:
* Previous experience working for a Tier 1 Civil Engineering contractor.
* Experience commercially delivering multi-million-pound schemes.
* Strong commercial awareness and acumen.
* Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying.
* NEC forms of contract experience.
