This role involves developing job plans with clear instructions, resources, and schedules aligned to operations. The successful candidate will review backlog and plan corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain weekly, fortnightly, and shutdown schedules
* Coordinate shutdowns including scope, sequencing, resources, and communication
* Provide accurate estimates for durations, dates, and resources
* Deliver schedules via project management tools to supervisors
* Maintain clear communication across departments
* Drive continuous improvement in safety, efficiency, and cost control
* Monitor activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
* Support HSE, HR, and legal requirements in line with company policies
