Overview
Based in Adelaide – Marleston / onsite work environment. 12 month initial assignment (chance of extension). Leading company in its field.
Responsibilities
* Day-to-day management of warehouse operations, including asset and materials control
* Manage warehouse operations including receiving, dispatch, storage, and tracking of assets and materials
* Coordinate warehouse maintenance activities including security, cleaning, recycling, rubbish collection and pest control
* Maintain accurate inventory records and asset registers
* Track and manage equipment using shared systems (e.g., Google Drive asset/equipment tracker)
* Manage RMA (Return Material Authorisation) requests and processing from customers and /or 3rd party suppliers & service providers
* Arrange freight logistics
* Make shipping bookings and coordinate transport of equipment between SA and NSW branches
* Handle manual lifting of boxes
* Inventory management and documentation
* Close collaboration with interstate (NSW) and international stakeholders
Requirements
* Extensive experience in similar role as a Warehouse Manager for large corporate companies
* Strong background in inventory management and asset tracking
* Solid logistics and freight coordination experience
* High attention to detail with strong documentation and process compliance skills
* Hands-on, practical approach to warehouse operations
* Ability to work independently
* Able to pass a SA Police Check
* Exceptional communication skills
