IT Change and Transition Specialist

* Key Responsibilities:
* Support ITIL-based processes (incident problem change and request management) within the IT service management platform.
* Lead and coordinate daily change management activities to minimize risk and disruption.
* Act as the primary contact between IT and business units for service change and transition communications.
* Manage asset change processes ensuring compliance and lifecycle alignment.
* Coordinate transition-to-support activities and operational handovers.
* Drive configuration and deployment of IT service management enhancements to improve service delivery.
* Provide backup support during critical incidents and facilitate post-incident reviews.
* Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate go-lives with minimal disruption.
* Serve as a strategic liaison between business and IT to align operational changes with organizational priorities.
* Key Skills:
* Proven experience in IT service management, specifically in incident, problem, change, and request management.
* Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and methodologies.
