Business Development - Outplacement and Coaching Services
Senior Global Talent Acquisition Partner
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our Randstad RiseSmart team focused on driving revenue and profitable growth within our core concepts of outplacement and coaching. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for securing complex, high-value deals and nurturing long-term relationships with a portfolio of large multinational and mid-market buyers.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive New Business: Achieve significant sales goals by winning new logos, expanding existing business, and securing rewins for outplacement and coaching solutions with global Fortune 2000 and key mid‑market companies.
- Strategic Client Engagement: Lead the entire sales cycle, from initial engagement and developing market‑leading solutions through to negotiation and close.
- Consultative Leadership: Position our brand as a thought‑leader through a consultative selling approach, highlighting our advisory and skilled services credibility.
- Global Team Coordination: Build and leverage cross‑functional SME teams to coordinate and motivate the global sales strategy and drive new business.
- Internal Collaboration: Partner closely with Revenue Operations (RevOps) for lead alignment and the Sales Enablement Team (SET) for solution development and proposal presentation.
What You Bring
- A proven track record (5+ years is a plus) of driving global revenue and profitable growth in complex solution sales.
- Deep understanding and experience in solutions sales within the outplacement, coaching, or recruitment industry is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to establish C‑suite relationships and build long‑lasting customer networks.
- Exceptional skills in communication, negotiation, leadership, and working effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- A passion for innovation in new global concepts and technology to drive customer growth.
