At Bras N Things, we're looking for a Store Manager to lead by example and drive exceptional customer experiences.
* The ideal candidate will have experience in coaching and providing on the spot feedback, as well as understanding of stock management processes and visual merchandising.
This is a full-time position at 38 hours per week, with opportunities for growth and development within the company.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
* Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
* Develop and implement visual merchandising plans to create an engaging and attractive store environment.
* Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and support company goals.
Requirements
* Previous retail management experience, preferably in a leadership role.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
* Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and practices.
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
