Store Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced retail leader to take on the role of Store Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive sales growth by leading daily store operations, consistently meeting and exceeding targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Foster a high-performance work environment through team motivation, training, and development.
* Maintain strong oversight of store performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
* Ensure exceptional store appearance, adhering to brand standards in visual merchandising, stock levels, and overall presentation.
* Optimize rostering and manage wage costs efficiently, ensuring a productive workforce.
* Elevate customer satisfaction by enforcing health and safety protocols and promoting a positive shopping experience.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* A proven track record as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in a high-volume retail setting, demonstrating leadership potential and industry knowledge.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
* Demonstrated success in driving sales and managing store performance, with a keen eye for detail and analytical mindset.
* Experience with inventory management, operations, and visual merchandising, coupled with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
