About the Role:

Join the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network as a Nurse Unit Manager within the Division of Medicine and lead integrated care services that connect hospital and community health. This is a key leadership role within one of South Australia’s largest health networks, shaping high‑quality, coordinated care for our community.

In this role, you will oversee nursing services across integrated care pathways, ensuring smooth patient transitions and cohesive treatment planning. Your leadership will guide nursing teams, uphold clinical excellence, and drive service improvement across multiple care settings.

Key Responsibilities:

* lead and manage nursing staff within an integrated care model
* coordinate patient care across hospital and community services
* ensure compliance with clinical governance and safety standards
* collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient outcomes
* drive quality improvement initiatives

To be eligible for this position, you must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
