Overview
EY is seeking a Transfer Pricing Manager based in Boorloo – Perth. You will work across a range of clients—from large multinationals to small start-ups—collaborating with EY's international and corporate tax specialists to help clients thrive in a global environment.
Responsibilities
* Apply complex transfer pricing concepts and business, economic, and financial knowledge to help resolve client challenges. Support Partners on high-level engagements, including transfer pricing reviews, audits, and Advance Pricing Arrangements with the ATO and other tax authorities.
* Manage engagements and maintain day-to-day client relationships, including participating in meetings with clients and tax authorities. Review transfer pricing analyses, documentation, and models prepared by team members to ensure quality and accuracy.
* Mentor, train, and support the development of team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment that encourages growth and knowledge sharing.
Skills and Attributes for Success
* Possess at least 5+ years of Transfer Pricing experience within a top-tier accounting firm, corporate, tax consulting, or legal environment. Demonstrate good drafting skills, the ability to apply facts to Transfer Pricing legislation, and advise clients on the implications.
* Experience assimilating complex information and data sources to provide succinct and well-informed recommendations. Exhibit strong teaming and leadership skills with the ability to build trust and credibility quickly.
* Strong commercial acumen, staying abreast of wider legal, economic, environmental, and political factors that influence transfer pricing. Exceptional client service orientation and a collaborative approach to teaming are essential.
* Hold an Economics degree, Accounting degree, Legal degree, Certified Practising Accountant, or Chartered Accountant qualification. Financial modelling, Excel skills, AI skills, and Bloomberg skills are beneficial.
