Key Account Manager; Aesthetics (ANZ)
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our Aesthetics team. This role is pivotal in driving strategic partnerships with key accounts, developing growth strategies, and ensuring alignment between Galderma's objectives and our customers' business goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and value creation with key aesthetic partners across ANZ.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term business relationships with major accounts and corporate customers.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, finance, and clinical teams to implement business initiatives and in-clinic programs.
* Use data and analytics to identify opportunities, monitor performance, and support decision-making.
* Represent Galderma at events, conferences, and strategic industry engagements to strengthen our market presence.
Skills & Qualifications
* Proven experience in medical aesthetics or a related healthcare industry.
* Demonstrated ability to develop and manage key account relationships with a strategic and consultative approach.
* Strong analytical and Excel skills to support business planning and forecasting.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with occasional evening and weekend events.
