- **We are looking for a Compliance Manager to join our client's team!**
Our client is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to join their exceptional team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the company operates within legal and regulatory frameworks, maintaining and improving compliance policies and procedures, and implementing and monitoring compliance training programs. Additionally, the role requires regular travel to various locations across Queensland, where you will conduct audits and spot checks on marketing, debtor management, filing, NB, renewals, endorsements, and ensure all necessary documents and information are provided. **Duties and responsibilities include**:
- Conduct audits and spot checks on various aspects of Authorised Representatives operations, ensuring compliance with the industry regulations and requirements.
- Collate and score audit results, write reports, and provide feedback to the regional manager.
- Provide suggestions on how to improve overall scores.
- Regular travel to various locations across Queensland is required.
**We are looking for someone with**:
- Previous experience working as an Insurance Broker, or Underwriter.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
