We're currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a dedicated Clinical Educator & Compliance Officer (EACCO) to join their leadership team.
This role is pivotal in supporting staff through education and training, ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, and contributing to the highest standard of care for residents.
About the Role
As the Clinical Educator & Compliance Officer, you'll play a key role in both education and governance. Every day will bring the chance to make an impact through:
* Designing and delivering engaging staff education, including orientation and annual training programs.
* Supporting clinical excellence through assessments, care planning, and compliance audits.
* Identifying trends and opportunities for improvement from clinical incidents, and collaborating with the team to implement solutions.
* Acting as a supportive leader by attending handovers and stepping into management when required.
* Partnering closely with the Facility Manager and leadership team to ensure the highest standards of care, compliance, and resident outcomes.
What We're Looking For
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* At least 5 years' experience in aged care with leadership responsibilities
* Strong knowledge of education, audits, compliance, and accreditation
* Excellent communication and mentoring skills to inspire and support staff
* Current or willingness to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
* Commitment to ongoing CPD (Continuing Professional Development)
* Solid computer literacy (MANAD, Centro Assist, BestMed/BestTrack highly regarded)
