Strata Manager Role

About the Opportunity:

We are currently looking for a Strata Manager to join our team at Birtinya branch on the Sunshine Coast. As a Strata Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential and commercial buildings and developing great relationships with our customers.

Your Key Responsibilities:

1. Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with owners and committees, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor for all strata-related matters.
2. Deliver high-quality customer service in any situation.
3. Lead and facilitate Annual General Meetings and other committee meetings, where your guidance will help shape the community's future.
4. Prepare accurate budgets, agendas, and minutes with the support of our specialized departments.
5. Apply your understanding of strata legislation to provide sound advice and assist in the effective enforcement of by-laws.
6. Oversee the maintenance of insurance policies and coordinate necessary repairs, maintenance, and compliance tasks to ensure the safety and integrity of each building.

About You:

* You are a true problem solver who thrives on delivering solutions.
* You have at least 2 years' experience as a Strata Manager and some knowledge of commercial portfolios.
* You are great at building relationships, seeking win-win solutions, and turning detractors into promoters.
* You get things done, taking action and delivering on commitments.
* You can understand the basics – Microsoft Office and have a strong knowledge of financial reports and budgets.
