About Your Role
As a Disability Support Worker at H1 Group, you will be responsible for providing high‐quality direct care to our clients living at home/group homes with various disabilities.
Responsibilities
* Assisting clients with Activities of Daily Living
* Manual handling and Medication Administration
* Community Access and Emotional Support
* Assisting clients with Behaviors of Concern
* Building rapport with the client and their family
* Using initiative while on shift and being a reliable worker
Requirements
* Experience assisting with ADLs.
* Able to pick up x3 shifts ongoing per week.
* Manual handling and medication experience mandatory.
* Must have bowel and catheter care experience.
* NDIS Worker Screening Check.
* Current Police Check, First Aid and CPR certificate.
* Must have experience with BOC.
* Comfortable with pets (dogs, cats, etc).
* Reliable workers who show up on time, and able to use initiative and be hardworking.
* Above award hourly rates with weekly pay.
* Easy to use H1 App, with your roster at your fingertips.
* Build your portfolio with our other clients requiring support.
