In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for providing accurate parts advise and support to both internal and external customers, ensuring the timely supply of parts to keep equipment running efficiently. This is a permanent, Monday to Friday role.**What you'll be doing** As a Parts Interpreter at Hastings Deering, you will:* **Interpret parts requirements –** assess customer needs and provide accurate, expert advice to identify the correct parts solutions.* **Process orders efficiently –** manage parts orders, quotes and invoices accurately to ensure timely supply and minimal disruption.* **Build strong relationships –** maintain effective working relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams to support operational success.* **Source parts effectively –** utilise internal systems and external vendors to locate and supply parts in line with customer and business requirements.* **Manage inventory –** assist with stock control, replenishment activities and cycle counts to maintain optimal inventory levels.* **Deliver outstanding service –** ensure high levels of customer service and clear communication at all times.* **Support operational teams –** provide timely parts availability and support to workshop and field service teams to keep equipment running efficiently.Hastings Deering is proud to be one of the top 5 Caterpillar dealerships globally.
