Job Title: Financial Operations Assistant
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Financial Operations Assistant. This is a part-time/casual position with flexible working hours, requiring coordination of office day-to-day running.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years recent accounting data entry experience and demonstrated experience in Payroll. Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting with payroll processing
* Maintaining employee data across multiple platforms
* Reconciling supplier balances and processing payments
* Managing records and policies
* Preparing documents and correspondence
* Tracking vehicle and equipment maintenance & records
* Filing and interacting with managers
* Assisting with travel and logistics organization
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, professional communication and presentation skills, and the ability to multi-task and react to quick changes and requests. A clean driving license would be considered an advantage.
