Role Overview As the Retail Manager, you'll be the face of this flagship location and the driving force behind its success. You'll take full ownership of daily operations, team recruitment and development, visual presentation, service standards, and customer engagement. You'll also collaborate closely with senior leadership and the founders to shape the store's ongoing direction and growth. A key part of this role will be creating and executing in-store marketing events-from wine tastings and educational sessions to VIP experiences. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role ideal for someone who brings deep wine knowledge, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is passionate about creating memorable retail moments.
