Our Banking and Financial Services Treasury team in Sydney plays a pivotal role in managing funding, liquidity, interest‑rate risk, capital, provisioning, and risk modelling for the division. We work collaboratively across the business, partnering with product, credit risk, regulatory data, and technology teams, as well as central Risk Management and Financial Management functions. Our focus is on delivering insightful analysis and robust reporting to support commercial decision‑making and regulatory compliance.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will be responsible for regulatory capital and financial provision reporting across our Banking and Financial Services product suite. You will engage with a variety of stakeholders to deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual analysis, ensuring accuracy and clarity in all communications. Your work will involve synthesising large datasets and translating complex technical information for non‑technical audiences. You will contribute to the development of risk modelling and reporting processes, supporting key business decisions with clear, actionable insights. As part of a high‑performing team, you will apply strategic thinking to business opportunities, balancing commercial outcomes with risk considerations. This position offers opportunities to expand your expertise in capital, provisions, and loss modelling within a dynamic and supportive environment.


What You Offer

* Relevant qualifications in business, accounting, finance, quantitative disciplines, or a similar field
* 3‑6 years' experience in credit risk or financial reporting, with exposure to capital rules or financial provision standards
* Coding and data analysis skills, ideally with experience in R or SQL
* Strong commercial acumen and advanced problem‑solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail
* Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels
